I am a retired physicist and real estate investor, that is, I actually am a rocket scientist (electric propulsion) who became the mean ol' landlord. Sharon Cook, the Love of My Life, and I live in Sedona, AZ and Anaheim, CA. We travel a lot, Sharon does work relating to her book, "Dream It, Do It," and I am building a 4,000 square foot HO model railroad for realistic point to point operations by 25-30 operators at once.
